Your Hands Could Save a Life
CPR saves lives. Be ready when it counts.
When someone experiences a heart attack or cardiac arrest—whether at home or in a public place—their chances of survival often depend on the quick actions of those nearby, especially when CPR is administered immediately.
In most cases, around 95% of the time, the person needing CPR will be someone close to you. It could be a family member, a colleague, or a mate.
CPR performed on the spot—by your hands—can make a massive difference and may even save their life.
CPR saves lives. Be ready when it counts.
To register for the free two-hour CPR course, choose ‘Single Registration’ for yourself or ‘Group Registration’ if booking for multiple people.
