We are offering a free Cardiac Arrest course that will run for approximately 2 hours on the last Monday of each month. Courses will be limited to 16 persons. (Grab your family or neighbours)
This course is a non-accredited course, aiming only to give people the basics of CPR and DEFIB to emergency use at home or in public where you may have to wait for an ambulance to arrive. Survival rates are drastically improved by the use of CPR alone, it could be in your hands.

Pacific Coast First Aid will conduct face to face basic CPR and Defibrillator training with no pre-course work required. The courses will run on the last Monday of each month, at 10:30am at “The Den”, Cabarita Hotel.

CPR & DEFIB training – Become a hero!
Join us in making a difference! Hand on Hearts Australia, a Lions Club initiative, is bringing free, face-to-face CPR and Defibrillator training to our local community. No pre-course work is required—just show up and learn the skills that could save a life.
When: Last Monday of each month at 10:30am
Where: “The Den’ Cabarita Beach
Duration: Approx. 2hrs
(Please arrive no later than 15min prior)
Class Size: Limited to 16 people
Clothing: Comfortable, casual, you will be down working on the floor, please wear applicable clothing.
This non-accredited course focuses on basic emergency CPR and Defib use, giving you the confidence to assist in a crisis while waiting for an ambulance. Early CPR saves lives—your hands could make the difference!
