Pacific Coast First Aid will conduct face to face basic CPR and Defibrillator training with no pre-course work required. The courses will run on the last Monday of each month, at 10:30am at “The Den”, Cabarita Hotel.
Join us in making a difference! Hand on Hearts Australia, a Lions Club initiative, is bringing free, face-to-face CPR and Defibrillator training to our local community. No pre-course work is required—just show up and learn the skills that could save a life.

Duration: Approx. 2 to 2.5hrs
(Please arrive no later than 15min prior)
Class Size: Limited to 16 people
Clothing: Comfortable, casual, you will be down working on the floor, please wear applicable clothing.
This non-accredited course focuses on basic emergency CPR and Defib use, giving you the confidence to assist in a crisis while waiting for an ambulance. Early CPR saves lives—your hands could make the difference!
